Effect of Shengui Capsule on Dog's Cardiac Hemodynamics

目的 :探讨参桂胶囊对犬心脏血流动力学的作用。方法 :分别对杂种犬按 1.0 g kg、2 .0g kg静脉注射参桂胶囊注射液。结果 :参桂胶囊有扩张冠状动脉、增加冠脉血流量、减慢心率、降低血压、增加心输出量和降低外周阻力作用。结论 :参桂胶囊对犬心脏血流动力学有明显的影响 ,可使缺血心肌氧的供—需平衡得到调整。

Objective: To explore the effect of this capsule on dog's cardiac hemodynamics. Method: Give hybrid dogs intravenous injection of 1.0g/kg and 2.0g/kg respectively. Result: This capsule has the actions of expanding coronary artery, increasing blood flow volume of the coronary artery, slowing down heart rate, lowering blood pressure, increasing cardiac output, and reducing peripheral resistance. Conclusion: This capsule has a marked effect on dog's cardiac hemodynamics, and can regulate the equilibrium of oxygen supply and demand of cardiac muscle.
