摘要
目的 :研究川芎嗪 (TMP)对大鼠癫痫放电时其大脑神经元超微结构的变化。方法 :通过青霉素致癫大鼠模型 ,采用BL- 4 10生物机能实验系统记录腹腔注射不同剂量川芎嗪对双侧大脑皮层癫痫放电 ,观察川芎嗪对癫痫放电频率的影响 ,并用透射电镜观察大脑皮层神经元超微结构的变化。结果 :川芎嗪可使大鼠癫痫放电频率减慢 ,并且随着频率的减慢 ,大脑皮层神经元超微结构形态也恢复正常。结论 :川芎嗪能明显抑制大鼠癫痫放电 。
Objective: To study the effects of lingustrazine on changes of neuronal ultrastructure in rat's epileptic discharge. Methods: The animal modles of rat cerebrum cortex on discharge of neuronal ultrastructure were made by penicillin. Use BL-410 data acquisition and analysis system to record discharge of neuronal ultrastructure of cerebrum cortex and observe the effects of TMP on amplitude and frequency of discharge of neuronal ultrastructure. Use transmission electron microscope to observe the changes of neuronal ultrastructure of cerebrum cortex. Results: Lingustrazine can slow down the frequency of discharge. With the reducing frequency, neuronal ultrastructure will return back to normal. Conclusion: Lingustrazine could significantly inhibit rat's epileptic discharge.
