摘要
中药治疗肝纤维化作用机理实验研究可综述如下几个方面 :①保肝 ,抗脂质过氧化 ;②抑制HSC的激活 ;③促进ECM降解 ,减少ECM沉积 ;④改善肝脏微循环 ,抑制肝窦毛细血管化 ;⑤综合作用。但是 ,值得注意的问题是 :①要建造有价值的动物模型 ;
The experimental study of the mechanism includes the following aspects. Chinese medication can protect liver and prevent lipid peroxidation, and inhibit HSC activation. It can also promote degradation and reduce sedimentation of ECM. It also improves microcirculation of liver and prevent capillarity of hepatic sinusoid. In addition it has comprehensive function. Yet it is noteworthy to establish worthwhile animal modles as well as to set up a unified objective standard for therapeutic effect.
