摘要
企业业务外包作为一种新的战略工具 ,对强化企业核心能力、规避经营风险、降低运营成本起着重要作用。要了解外包实施的三个阶段 。
The passage states something about the out sourcing production by analyzing the background. It is a new strategic method for the enterprise to contract the business out to others.It plays an important part in strengthening the enterprise's core power, avoiding the operation risk and reducing the cost of running. It shows that more attention should be paid to the problems waiting for coping with during the procedure of carrying on the out sourcing.
