高职院校合格人才的培养 ,要以实现人的品德、能力、知识、技能、心理和身体等内在品质的全面提高为目标。要为生产、经营、服务第一线培养具有“综合职业能力和全面素质”的高级应用型人才 ,要采取必要的措施 ,保证高职合格人才的培养 ,要融入人文教育、职业教育等要素 ,使人才培养更适应经济和社会的发展。

Cultivating the qualified talent in vocational college aims at improving students' overall quality including morality, ability, knowledge, skill, mentality, health and so on. And the talent will possess the ability to deal with the actual situation in producing, managing and servicing. In addition, we should adopt a necessary measure towards qualified talent in colleges to make the cultivation of talent meet the requirements of the development of economy and society.
