摘要 目的 探讨MRI在脊柱转移瘤中的诊断价值。方法 对25例经临床证实的脊柱转移瘤病例的影像资料进行对比分析。结果 与X线平片及CT相比,MRI能发现更多的椎体异常并提供更多的诊断与鉴别诊断信息。结论 在脊柱转移瘤的早期诊断中MRI具有重要的诊断价值,这对于原发肿瘤的TNM分期及制定进一步的治疗方案也具有深远意义。 Objective To search for the value of MRI in the diagnosis of spinal metastasis. Methods To compare the imaging data of 25 cases that suffered from spinal metastasis, all these cases were clinically proven. Results MRI was capable of detecting more spinal abnormalities and providing more information of diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Conclusion MRI was of important value in the early diagnosis of spinal metastasis and is also of great significance in the assessment of primary tumor (TNM) and making further treatment plan.
