以周围性面瘫为主要表现的格林-巴利综合征临床分析

Clinical analysis on Guillain-Barre syndrome which mainly manifest with peripheral facial paralysis

目的 探讨以周围性面瘫为主要表现的格林-巴利综合征颅神经型的临床特点。方法 回顾分析了12例以周围性面瘫为主要表现的格林-巴利综合征的临床资料。结果 本组12例中均有脑脊液蛋白-细胞分离现象,8例做神经电生理检查有6例具有格林-巴利综合征的特点,全部病人经治疗痊愈。结论以周围性面瘫为主要表现的格林-巴利综合征颅神经型具有格林-巴利综合征的特征,预后良好。

Objective To research the clinical characteristic of Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) which mainly manifest peripheral facial paralysis. Methods To analyse 12 patients with cranial nerve form of GBS which mainly manifest peripheral facial paralysis. Results There were phenomenon of protein-cell separate in cerebrospinauid for 12 patients. And 8 patients were examined in nerve conduction velocity and electromyography, in which 6 patients were abnormal. All patients recovered from their illness after treatment. Conclusion It has the characteristics of GBS in the cranial nerve form of GBS which mainly manifest peripheral facial paralysis. And its prognosis is good.
