风心病左房扩大心电图、超声心动图和X线胸片诊断的对比研究

COMPARATIVE STUDY ON ELECTROCARDIOGRAM,ULTRASONIC CARDIOGRAM AND CHEST RADIOGRAM OF LEFTATRIAL ENLARGEMENT OF PATIENT WITH RHEUMATIC HEART DISEASE

目的:对比分析常规心电图、超声心电图和X线胸片三种检查对风心病左房扩大的临床诊断及应用价值。方法:对确诊的风心病患者分别进行常规心电图、超声心动图和X线胸片检查。结果:本组78例病人中心电图、超声心动图和X线胸片检查出左房扩大的例数分别为23、76、60例。结论:超声心动图对风心病左房扩大的诊断最为敏感和准确,应作为首选方法。心电图在反应心脏电生理改变方面有其独特优势,X线胸片检查在反应心脏改变的同时能提供肺部病情,三种检查有互补性。

Objective: To analyse and compare the clinical diagnosis and applied value of the three kinds of melhode of examination on the routine electro cardiogram, ultrasonic cardiogram and chest radiogran of letf atrial enlargement of patient with rheumatic heart disease. Methods: Routine electro cardiogram, ultrasonic cardiogram and chest radiogram were examined in patient with heumatic heart disease. Results: In the 78 cases, cases showed in electvocardiograre, ultrasonic cardiograpmh and chest radiogram are 23 ,76 and 60 respectively. Conclusion: The most sensitive and accurate diagnotic on left atrial enlargement of rheumatic heart disease is ultrasonic cardiograph , therefor it should be the choice methode. Electro cardiogram has a spectial advantage on reflecting the change of the electrio - physiology of the heart, while chest radiogram not only can reflect the change of the heart but slso observe lung, So the three methods of examination are complementary.
