摘要
目的 :探讨肾虚证小鼠模型红细胞膜脂流动性的变化。方法 :血细胞分析仪进行常规血细胞测定 ,DPH荧光探针法测定红细胞膜脂流动性。结果 :肾虚证小鼠红细胞膜脂流动性显著降低。结论
Objective:To study changes of erythrocyte membrane lipid fluidity (LFU) in kidney asthenia syndrome mice.Methods:The three kinds of mouse models of kidney asthenia syndrome were prepared by i.m.Hydrocortisone (HC),Hydroprednisone (HP) and dexanethasone (DEX). After taking out 0.5 ml blood from one side of the eyes of the mouse, we used fluorescence polarization technique to measure the LFU of erythrocyte.Results:Erythrocyte membrane lipid fluidity of kidney asthenia syndrome mice dropped significantly compared with the mice of control ( P <0.01, P <0.05).Conclusion:These results suggest that significant change of erythrocyte membrane lipid fluidity might be one of the pathological base of kidney asthenia syndrome.
