中西医结合治疗IgA肾病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment for IgA Nephropathy Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法 :对 6 2例IgA肾病分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 32例 ,用西医对症治疗加服中药 ;对照组 30例 ,单纯用西药治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 84 .38% ,对照组总有效率为 2 3.33% ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of treatment for IgA nephropathy combining traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods:Forty-five patients with IgA nephropathy were divided into two groups: “cure group” and “contrast group”. The cure group (32 cases) took drugs of western medicine for heteropathy and took orally herbs. The contrast group (30 cases) took drugs of western medicine only.Results:Total effective rate of the cure group was 84.38%, and that of the contrast group was 23.33%.The effect of the cure group on IgA nephropathy was better than the contrast group ( P <0.01).Conclusion:The treatment combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine is more effective for IgA nephropathy.
