摘要
目的:研究海洛因对女性性机能的影响。方法:对102例女性海洛因依赖者生理脱毒后进行了性机能调查研究,并对其中82例做了垂体性腺轴功能测定和分析。结果:女性海洛因依赖者性机能明显障碍,表现为月经紊乱甚至闭经、性欲减退,性交频率降低。女性海洛因依赖者血清总睾酮(TT),雌二醇(E2),催乳素(PRL)低于正常对照组,促卵泡刺激素(FSH),促黄体生成素(LH)与正常对照组无显著差异。结论:海洛因损害女性下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴功能,但性问题在海洛因依赖性形成机制和戒断原理上的发病学意义值得进一步探讨。
Objective To study the effect of heroin addiction on female sexual function.Methods Sexual function of102 female heroin addicts after withdrawal were studied.Of them,82 were sampled at random for the determination of thefunction of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis.Results Sexual function of female heroin addicts was significantly impaired.Abnormal menstruation including amenorrhea,and decrease in sexual desire and sexual intercourse frequency occurred.De-crease in serum total testosterone(TT),estradiol(E2)and prolactin(PRL)was observed;serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels were not significantly different from those in normal controls.Conclusion Heroinimpairs the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis of females.The relationship between sexual function and the mecha-nism of heroin addiction needs further study.
