高等师范音乐教育应以培养中等音乐师资为特定任务。从体系上、框架上有一个根本性的改革。教学内容与方法的改革是改革的具体体现。音乐教育的发展就是要为基础教育服务,建立具有中国气派和中国特色的音乐教育体系。

The music education in normal colleges should regard bringing up the music teachers for the middle school as the main task. There is a complete reform in system and structure. The reforms of the teaching contents and methods are the concrete applications. The developments of the music education serue the essential education. And it will become the music education system with chinese style and chinese characteristics.
