Traditional high school education system ,shaped by planned economic system ,has become too obsolete to fit in with current social and economic needs .Therefore ,it is high time for high school to diversify their education system to adapt themselves to new situation and train qualified personnel for the society and the development of comprehensive high school is one of the key measures .It is especially important ,therefore ,to learn its historical development ,really understand its meaning and achieve a sustainable development .
