试析财政政策与货币政策的协调

Brief Analyses of the Coordination Between Financial Policy and Monetary Policy

财政政策与货币政策是目前调控国民经济的重要手段。如何根据经济的实际情况,灵活有效地运用两大政策,保证国民经济的平稳运行,是目前学术界、金融界、政府讨论最多的问题之一。本文通过对两大政策的基本内容、手段、影响的说明、分析,提出了如何协调使用两大政策的一些思路,并相应提出了针对中国现行管理的借鉴方法。

The financial policy and monetary policy are important approaches for regulating the national economy. One of the most important problems frequently discussed by the academic circles、the financial circles and the government is how to ensure the stable running of the national economy by operating the two policies effectively and actively according to the actual situation. By means of explaining and analyzing the basic contents and influences of the two policies, the author expresses a few opinions for coordinating the two policies. Correspondingly, the author raises several suggestions for managing the practical problems in China.
