摘要美国卫生与人类服务部(Department of Health and Human Service, DHHS,相当于我们的卫生部)非常重视医院感染,投入了大量人力、物力进行预防与控制并在实践中不断总结经验,不断改进预防和控制措施.到目前为止,从组织机构到具体措施已经进行了多项改革与提高.现就其主要方面略作介绍.
