Using the developing of the incubation services information plate applied to incubators——scientific and technological enterprises as the background, the paper discusses the application of the computer internet technology based on broad band net to incubators——scientific and technological enterprises. An interrelated design and developing method are given, and some key problems of platedeveloping to be solved concerning comprehensive services information processing and management are put forward. The concept of incubation in medium-sized and small-sized enterprises can be extanded into the invented incubation and network incubation.
