摘要 该文在分析了 Internet产生网络拥塞原因的基础上 ,着重讨论了 TCP/ IP协议控制拥塞的策略与算法 ,并对基于 TCP与 On the basis of analyzing the network congestion caused by Internet, the paper lays emphasis on the strategy and algorithm to control congestion by TCP/IP agreement. And the congestion control strategies based on TCP/IP are comparably discussed.
