聚合物对改性沥青性能影响的综合评价 被引量:21

摘要 用常规和SHRP+等方法评价不同类型的聚合物改性沥青(PE、PE/SBS、SBR、SBS、Stylink SBS类),同时测定其储存稳定性能。经过不同时间的PAV老化:10h,20h,40h模拟路面不同使用年限胶结料的状态。评价结果表明:PE类改性沥青提高了一些沥青的高温性能但却损失了低温性能。SBR类改性沥青低温延度增加但其低温抗开裂能力并不理想。Stylink SBS类改性沥青同时从高低温两方面增加了沥青的PG分级范围和使用范围,其性能明显优于普通物理改性的SBS改性沥青。 Different kinds of polymer modified asphalt including PE, PE/SBS, SBR, SBS, Stylink' SBS1 were prepared and evaluated according to conventional and SHRP+ specifications.The stability properties of different PMA were also examined. Different PAV aging time of 10h, 20h and 40 hours were adopted to simulate different binder actual service time.The results showed that the PMA type of PE increase little high temperature PG grade but lose the low temperature properties of binder; although SBR type increase the length of low temperature ductility, the performance of anti-cracking properties at low temperature was not so good comparing to other kinds of PMA.The Stylinka PMA increase the PG grade of binder either in the high and low temperature.The comprehensive performance of Stylink PMA is ideal comparison with ordinary SBS PMA by physical technical.
