卖淫嫖娼人群艾滋病预防干预效果及其影响因素的比较研究

Effectiveness of AIDS Prevention Intervention on Prostitutes and Their Clients and Relevant Influencing Factors, a Comparative Study

目的 了解卖淫嫖娼人群艾滋病预防干预效果。方法 对深圳市收容教育所收容的 3 1 4名暗娼和2 0 7名嫖客实施艾滋病预防干预 ,于干预前后采用匿名问卷各调查 1次。结果 几乎半数的目标人群文化程度是初中 ,他们大部分认为自己没有患艾滋病 /性传播疾病的危险。干预前目标人群中有不到 1 / 3的人愿意使用安全套。干预后 ,目标人群的艾滋病知识率明显增加。结论 干预后艾滋病知识率及安全套的使用率 ,在性服务提供者中明显高于受供者。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of AIDS prevention intervention on Prostitutes and their clients Methods A brochure on prevention of AIDS/STD was distributed among 314 Prostitutes, aged 22 3, and 207 clients, aged 30 3, all detained in a detention center in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province Before Health education intervention and 14 days after the intervention, an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among them Results After health education intervention the knowledge rates about AIDS/STD of theses 2 populations were significantly increased (P<0 05 and P<0 01) Before intervention majority of them didn't think themselves at risk of AIDS/STD, after the intervention the awareness of AIDS infection was significantly raised (P<0 05) Before the intervention less 37 3% of the Prostitutes and 29 6% of the clients showed the intention to use condom, after intervention only the Prostitutes showed a significant increase of the rate of intention to use condom (P<0 01) Conclusion After intervention, the AIDS knowledge rate and the rate of those with the intention to use condom is significantly higher in Prostitutes than in the clients
