中国部分城市医院健康教育现状及其影响因素调查

Current Situation of Hospital Health Education in Cities of China and Influencing Factors Thereof

目的 了解医院健康教育工作现状及其影响因素。方法 选择北京市、江苏省、四川省及全国其他地区 1 2 4所医院从事健康教育工作的专兼职人员为对象进行问卷调查。结果 大多数医院在不同程度和方面开展健康教育工作 ;有健康教育科室的医院开展的工作内容多 ,有深度 ;由于卫生政策和医院经济等因素的影响 ,部分医院对这一工作有所忽视 ,健康教育工作普遍缺少经费 ;一些医院领导和医务人员对这一工作积极性不高。结论 健康教育是医院工作不可缺少的重要部分 ;经费保障是开展医院健康教育工作的基础。

Objective To investigate the current situation of health education in hospitals in cities of China Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 124 full time and part time health educators of 124 hospitals, including 54 third grade A hospitals, 8 third grade B hospitals, 48 second A hospitals, 8 second B hospitals, and 8 first grade A hospitals, in Beijing, Jiangsu Province, Sichuan Province, and other areas in China Results There were leaders concurrently in charge of health education in 91 9% of the surveyed hospitals Specific commission of health education was set up in 81% of the hospitals Specialized department of health education was established in 44 35% of the hospitals, and in the other hospitals the department of nursing, department of medical matters, office of director, or other sectors were concurrently in charge of health education 93 5 of the hospitals had their specific health education working plan, 85 48% of them had health education working system, 58 71% of them had specific health education inspection system, 60 32% of them had trained their health education staff, and 38 71% of them allocated a fund specifically for health education Different forms of channels were used in health education in different settings Most of the respondents believed that their hospital leaders did not pay enough attention to health education, there was a shortage of funds for health education, and most of the medical workers lacked enthusiasm in health education Conclusion Most of the surveyed hospitals are carrying out health education The factors influencing health education in hospital include failure to pay enough attention by the hospital leaders, and lack of enthusiasm among the medical workers, and shortage of specialized funds
