The paper discusses the structure of SL Hot-press machine, analyzes the bearing ability of its framedplate and finds out relatively weak sections of the framed plate and causes of damage. An optimized design forthe framed plate has been carried out to enhance its strength according to its force-bearing and stress centraliz-ing reality.
