摘要 目的探讨高度近视白内障超声乳化摘除及后房型人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法对79例116眼眼轴长27~34.04mm,平均28.71mm(其中眼轴≤30mm者82眼,眼轴>30mm者34眼)高度近视白内障行反眉式巩膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化摘除术,植入PMMA硬性人工晶状体,观察术中术后并发症及术后视力。结果眼轴≤30mm组术后3个月视力≥0.5者63眼占76.8%,眼轴>30mm者13眼占38.2%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术中后囊破裂两组各1例,后发障眼轴>30mm组3例,眼轴≤30mm组2例,差异均无显著性。结论高度近视白内障超声乳化及后房型人工晶状体植入能改善患者的视力,术后视网膜脱离的发生率低,但眼轴>30mm术后视力恢复差。 Purpose To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in patients with high myopia. Methods 79 cases (116 eyes) of high myopia and cataracts with ocular axial length of 27 - 34.04 mm were involved. All eyes had undergone phacoemulsification with PMMA IOL implantation through an against frown scleral tunnel incision. The postoperative visual acuity and intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed. Results After 6 months to 1 year following-up visual acuity (76.8 %) of 63 eyes was better then 0.5 in ≤30 mm axial length group while that of 13 eyes(38.2%) in > 30 mm axial length group was not. Difference of visual acuity between the two group was statistically significant. Conclusion Visual acuity could be improved for high myopia and cataract patients with phacoemulsification and posterior chamber IOL implantation. While the recovery for eyes with axial length over 30 mm was less satisfactory.
