院科两级病案质量评定误差因素的调查研究

Study of Reasons Causing the Error in Assessment of Quality of Medical Records between Hospital Level and Department Level.

20 0 2年某医院出院 15 4 4 8人次 ,全院科室评定病案质量平均甲级率为 96 5 % ,而该医院病案质量检测办公室随机抽查了 5 0 10份病案 ,甲级率则为 89 4 % ,二者之间存在着 7 1%的差距。为了解存在误差的原因 ,我们对此进行了调查研究 ,分析了存在问题的原因 ,提出了对策性的改进措施。

The discharge person-time is 15448 in one hospital in 2002. The rate of first rate for quality of medical records assessed at department level is 96.5%. However, the rate of first rate for quality of medical records assessed at hospital level through randomly sampling is 89.4%. There is 7.1% difference between two levels. To learn the reasons causing the error, we carried out investigation and analyzed the reasons and put forward the improved measures.
