摘要 沉沙池区沙化土地是人为形成的沙地 ,土壤含沙量高、保水保肥性差、地表凹凸不平。通过平整土地、营建农田防护林体系、改良土壤、发展高效优质农业 ,池区面貌焕然一新 ,大大改善了生态环境、提高了土地生产力、增加了群众收入。经过投资效益分析 ,此项目投入产出比为 3.5 3、投资回收期为 2 .13a、治理效果良好。 Sandy soil formed in sand-sinking ponds area is man-made desert, which has high content of sands, weak conservation of soil moisture & fertilizers, uneven soil surface as well. The conditions in this region has been greatly changed through land leveling, soil treatment, farmland shelterbelts construction, soil amelioration and high-profit agriculture development. Moreover environment in the district has been improved and land productivity also has been raised, thus the incomes of local farmers have been increased. By fund efficiency analysis, the results show that the rate of income/outcome is 3.53, and investment return period is 2.13 year, which means that the project is ideal in view of point of investment.
