摘要
分析了带有液粘传动装置的长距离带式输送机软起动过程中起动时间的长短对振动载荷的影响,认为振动载荷的大小和起动时间与传动系统自振周期之比有关,当起动时间大于传动系统自振周期的6倍时,振动载荷可以忽略。
Effect of soft starting time on vibration load of long belt conveyor driving system is analyzed. It is believed that the vibration load relates to the ratio of the starting time and self- vibration period of the driving system and can be neglected when the starting time is six times greater than the self- vibration period.
