摘要
根据声光互作用理论,给出拉曼-奈斯衍射的超声场相互正交和平行的两声光Q开关器件衍射损耗的表达式,分析了单声光器件、超声场相互平行和正交两声光Q开关器件衍射损耗的关系。采用功率分配器保证两声光Q开关的同步和有效功率驱动。Nd:YAG激光器的实验结果表明,超声场相互正交两声光Q开关的衍射损耗比单声光器件提高近3倍、比超声场相互平行两声光Q开关器件提高1倍。
According to the theory of acoustooptic(AO) interaction,the formulas of diffraction loss of two AO Qswitches,which acoustofiled are perpendicular or parallel one another,with NamanNath diffraction are derived.The relationship about one Qswitch,two Qswitches in acoustofield perpendicular or parallel is analyzed.The power divider for ensuring two AO Qswitch synchronization and effective power driving is designed.The calculation results are satisfied with Nd:YAG laser experimental result.It is show that diffraction loss of two AO Qswitches,which acoustofield are perpendicular to each other is nearly three times large than one AO Qswitch,one time large than the two AO Qswitches which acoustofield are parallel.
