摘要
双压电膜是由压电材料层、环氧树脂层、金属层组成的复合板。将双压电膜组合在一起构成管内移动微小机器人的驱动器。该文以压电本构方程为基础,建立双压电膜驱动器的机电耦合的有限元模型,采用有限元分析软件对双压电膜驱动器进行静态和模态分析,同时对驱动器静态位移与固有频率进行测试。将有限元分析与实验测试结果进行对比分析,两者的结果一致。
