摘要
在LiNbO3中掺杂光折变敏感杂质离子Fe2+/Fe3+和抗光致散射杂质离子Mg2+,以提拉法生长Mg∶Fe∶LiNbO3晶体。测试晶体吸收光谱、红外光谱。Mg∶Fe∶LiNbO3晶体的吸收边相对Fe∶LiNbO3晶体发生紫移。当Mg2+浓度达到阈值浓度,Mg(6%)∶Fe∶LiNbO3晶体OH-吸收峰由3482cm-1移到3529cm-1。测试晶体的位相共轭反射率和响应时间,计算光电导。Mg(6%)∶Fe∶LiNbO3晶体的响应速度和光电导比Fe∶LiNbO3晶体有较大提高。
The Mg∶Fe∶LiNbO3 crystal series have been grown with Czochralski method by doping the photorefractivesensitizing ions Fe2+/Fe3+ and photorefractive resistance ions Mg2+ into LiNbO3 crystal The defects and doping ions location in crystals were investigated by UVVis absorption spectrum as well as infrared transmittance spectrum analyses In comparison with Fe∶LiNbO3, the absorption edge of Mg∶Fe∶LiNbO3 shifted to the violet The OH absorption peak of Mg(6%)∶Fe LiNbO3 crystal shifted from the 3 482 cm-1 to 3529 cm1 when Mg2+ doping concentration was up to the threshold The phase conjunction reflectivity and response time of crystals were measured in fourwave mixing optical path According to the measured results we calculated the photoconductivity The respond time and photoconductivity of Mg(6%)∶Fe LiNbO3 crystal were improved significantly
