摘要 添加物对改善(Ag1-xNax)(Nb1-yTay)O3陶瓷系统的各项介电性能起重要的作用。该文着重讨论了改性添加物Sb2O5和矿化剂MnO2的含量对本系统性能的影响。实验表明,w(Sb2O5)对本系统损耗的影响较复杂,应控制在2.5%,而矿化剂MnO2的加入能有效改善本系统的烧结性能,w(MnO2)应控制在2.0%,这样才能将本系统的损耗有效降低至6.0×10-4。 All the dielectric properties of ceramic system (Ag1-xNax)(Nb1-yTay)O3 can be improved by the mixture of different dopant The effects of dopant Sb2O5 and mineralization dopant MnO2 on the properties were investigated in this paper It was suggested that the influence of content of dopant Sb2O5 was very complicated in this system and should be kept at 25% In addition, the sintering property of the system can be improved by the mineralization dopant MnO2 held at 20% Thus, the properties of the system can be improved and loss of the system can be decreased to 60×104?
