摘要
采用共沉淀法制备出Zn2SnO4 LiZnVO4系纳米粉体,考察了液相掺杂时LiZnVO4添加量对材料显微结构、导电类型以及湿敏性能的影响。实验结果表明,适当的LiZnVO4添加量可明显改善纳米材料的感湿特性。采用共沉淀法制备纳米粉体并使LiZnVO4液相掺杂量为0.1mol的配比,可使Zn2SnO4材料具有低湿电阻小、灵敏度适中的湿敏特性。
Zn2SnO4LiZnVO4 system nanometer powders were prepared by coprecipitation.The influence of the amount of liquiddoped LiZnVO4 on the microstructure and conduction and humiditysensitive characteristics of Zn2SnO4 is studied.The experimental results show that humidity sensitive characteristics of nanometer material can be improved by controlling the amount of liquiddoped LiZnVO4.A humidity sensitive material with lower resistance at lower humidity and with proper humidity sensitivity can be made by 0.1*#mol liquiddoped LiZnVO4 in coprecipitation Zn2SnO4 powders.
