摘要 CD40L(CD40配体)作为重要的共刺激分子,与CD40(白细胞分化抗原40)相互作用参与机体细胞和体液免疫调节,并在免疫应答中起着极其重要的作用。IL-17(白细胞介素17)可诱导IL-6(白细胞介素6)和G-CSF(粒细胞集落刺激因子)等细胞因子的产生,从而刺激造血祖细胞(CD34+)增殖、分化。IL-10(白细胞介素10)可干扰共刺激分子的上调,抑制免疫刺激因子(如IL-12)的产生,用抗IL-10单抗可阻断紫外线诱导的免疫抑制。简要介绍了CD40L、IL-17和IL-10在辐射防护中的作用。 CD40L/CD40interaction is central to the control of thymus-dependent humoral immunity and cell mediated immune responses.IL-17has been shown to induce the production of IL-6and G-CSF,which can induce proliferation and differentiation of CD34 + hematopoietic progenitors.IL-10can interfere with up-regulation of costimualtory molecules,thus suppressing the production of costimulatory cytokines,such as IL-12.IL-10has been implicated as an essential me-diator in the induction of systemic immune suppression following ultraviolet(UV)exposure.Treating UV-irradiated mice with anti-IL-10blocks the induction of immune suppression.
