激素对水稻陈年种子活力复苏的影响

Effect of the Hormone on the Vitality Recovery in Aged Rice Seed

以不同浓度的 3种激素 (GA3、NAA、6 -BA)处理基础发芽率约为 2 0 %和 6 0 %的水稻陈种子 ,研究其对陈年水稻种子发芽势和发芽率的影响。结果发现 ,GA3对 2种水稻陈种子的发芽势和发芽率影响微弱 ,NAA极显著的降低了 2种水稻陈种子的发芽势和发芽率 ,6 -BA处理后前者种子发芽率显著下降 。

To study the effect of the hormone on the aged rice seed ,two kinds of aged rice seed were treated by the hormone before germination whose germination percentage were about 20%、60% respectively. The result showed that the effect of GA 3 on germination percentage and germination potentiality of the two aged rice seeds was weak. NAA reduced the germination percentage and germination potentiality of the two aged rice seeds very significantly .6-BA reduced the germination percentage of the former significantly and the germination potentiality of the latter very significantly.
