综述了超微粉体在人体内的消化机理,介绍了超微粉碎的分类,详细讨论了超微粉碎技术在巧克力食品、贝壳类产品、食品加工副产物利用以及畜骨加工等方面的主要应用.
This review briefly presents the digestive mechanism of particles in human body, and introduces the class of Super MicronMilling. The main application of Super MicronMilling in the process of shell, heels in food processing, chocolate and domestic animals' bone is discussed in details.
