摘要
随着世界经济全球化的发展及中国加入世界贸易组织,中国的外商投资出现了以下一些新变化:跨国公司地区总部蜂拥而至,研发中心设置速度加快,跨国公司在华独资化倾向愈益明显,并购中国上市公司的趋势日渐显现,并且将全方位进入中国的服务业等。在当前,研究这些新特征,有利于中国扩大利用外资及提升中国利用外资的质量。
with the development of the economic globalization and China ,s entering to WTO,some new characteristics is now appearing in foreign investment in China:headquarters of transnational companies come swarming;R&D centers have been set up at an accelerated speed;setting up wholly owned enterprises and launching M&A with Chinese listed companies as the targets are becoming the main forms of investment;investing in Chinese service industry is the aim in the near future.At this moment studies on these new characteristics will be a great help for China to attract more foreign investment and to better the quality of foreign investment in China.
