Calculation of Exhaust Quality from the Storage Vessel

通过对酸站储罐设备内有害气体逸出储罐机理的分析 ,讨论了局部排风控制有害气体不逸出储罐的原理 ,指出了目前采用的计算酸站储罐内排风量方法的不合理性 ;同时 ,笔者以控制有害气体不从储罐敞开的人孔逸出为着眼点 ,按一般局部排风的排风量计算的原理 ,得出了更为合理的计算方法。

In the paper, a mechanism analysis on why nocuous gas discharges from the storage vessel in acid station is to be introduced. It also discusses about how the local vent can prohibit the nocuous gas from the storage vessel, and points out the present illogicality of calculation method of exhaust quantity from the storage vessel, concentrating on the manhole and the traditional calculation method of exhaust quantity to get a more reasonable calculation method.
