摘要
提出了磨削温度自动监测系统的设计原理及方法.该系统可完成磨床磨削弧区的温度测量与显示,通过现代网络通讯技术将工厂(车间)的磨床与中央监测室对接,中央监测室通过计算机可直接显示和打印任何一台磨床的磨削温度,并传达指令给操作者,适时地调整磨削用量、修整砂轮、改变冷却强度,以实现在限定的磨削温度范围内高质量高效率的加工.
The design method and the ways of the grinding temperature automatic testing system have been presented in this paper. The system can be used to measure the grinding temperature correctly while grinding, and demonstrate it in a screen. After connecting all grinding machines in the workshop to the central inspecting room, the grinding temperature of every machine can be displayed and printed by computers, which instruct the operator to adjust the grinding tolerance properly, maintain the grinding wheel and change the cooling strength. The machine can be manufactured with high quality and efficiency within the limited grinding temperature.
