This paper particularly analyzes and studies the actuality and the issues of the electric power multiindustry enterprises. It suggests to establish the managing sructure of corporation, and sets the ideas of the market economy. It is the foundation of the steady development of the multiindustry enterprises to improve the system of the achievements of staffs, strengthen the inner management of the industry, enlarge the strength of the market deploitation and cultivate the key competition of the enterprises.
