以创新思路探索我国农业工程的发展

Exploring the Development of Agricultural Engineering in China by Creative Thinking

农业现代化是我国实现现代化的重要部分。农业工程的发展,特别是农业机械化的发展尤为重要。为此着重对我国农业工程发展中存在的问题与发展进行了分析研究。指出:农业工程的发展首先要科技创新和制度创新;根据我国农业生产的特点,在WTO框架下,以市场运作规律引进、研究适合我国的轻小型农业机械与设施,提高农业工程技术的综合适应能力,加大农业工程技术的研究,为现代化农业生产提供先进的技术和装备。

Agricultural modernization is the important part of Chinese modernization. The development of agricultural engineering, especially the development of agricultural mechanization, is very important. So this paper analyzed and researched the problems of the development in agricultural engineering in China. It pointed out: At first, technology and management system are innovative; Based on the feature of agricultural production in China, in the frame of WTO, light and small type agricultural machinery and facilities should be explored that are suited for China. The practical ability of agricultural engineering technology in China should be rised, to enlarge the research of agricultural engineering technology and to provide advanced technologies and equipment for modern agricultural production.
