摘要
主要论述了在无径向进给装置的镗床上加工导叶外圆所用专用刀杆的设计方法。针对该类专用刀杆存在的偏重、刚性不足等问题,本文给出了具体可行的解决办法。该专用刀杆已经在生产现场使用,效果非常理想,有一定的推广应用价值。
This article described the design method of the special cutter rod for machining the exeirle of the guide blade by using boring machine. Referring to the overweight, less stiffness issues for the' cutter rod, the detail feasibility solution has been given. And it is a reliable cutter rod and worth spreading.
