摘要
采用金属粉作添加剂,高温氮化生成Sialon/Si_3N_4等结合相的方法来制造的滑板具有极高的强度。其目的在于:(1)探索氮化物陶瓷组分的设计及烧结工艺,(2)研究氮化物复合结合刚玉烧结体的性能,为设计制造优质滑动水口提供依据。
Using the metal powder as the additives, Sialon/Si3N4 binding facies has been produced by means of high temperature nitrogenized, with this method, the max. high strength can be realized, the purpose of which are: (1) to explore the design of nitrogenized ceramic composition and sintering process, (2) to research the nitrogenized compound with the property of corundum sintering body, in such a case, it provides the basis for manufacturing the high quality slide nozzle.
