摘要
分析了有色金属冶炼废气污染现状,研究了气动乳化工艺应用于有色金属冶炼含硫废气治理的技术。通过会泽铅锌矿氧化锌旋转窑废气治理的工程实际应用表明:该技术具有气液紊流效果好、脱硫效率高、系统阻力小、固硫剂利用率高等特点。在有色金属冶炼废气污染物浓度高、风量大的情况下,具有显著的脱硫及除尘效果。
This paper analyzed the present state of waste gas pollu-tion in the pro cess of non-ferrous metal melting and study was made on the ap plication of pneu matic emulsion technology in control and treat-ment of sul fur -containing waster gas discharged in non-ferrous metal melting.The ap plication of this technology in the treatment of waster gas from zinc oxide ring kiln in Huize Lead-zinc Mine showed that this tech-nology has the functions of good gas-liquid turbulence effect,high desul -furization efficien cy,small system resistance and high utilization efficien-cy of sulfur fixative.This tech nology has marked desulfuriza tion and dust re moval effect under circumstance of high waste gas pollutant con centra-tion and large air volume in the process of non-ferrous metal melting.
