内燃机压力传感技术的比较和前景展望

摘要 对目前应用于内燃机的压力传感技术作了简单的介绍和性能比较,着重阐述光纤压力传感器的原理、结构和优点。光纤压力传感器既可以在1000℃的高温下连续工作,又可在腐蚀性气体或液体中安全工作;它不受电磁干扰,性能稳定,可将数据传输到数公里外,因此是未来内燃机压力传感器的发展方向。 A briefing and characteristic comparison are made of the existing pressure sensor technologies applicable tointernal combustion engines while elaboration being focused on the principle, construction and advantages of fiber opticdesign, which can not only operate continuously at a high temperature up to 1000℃, but behave reliably in corrosive gasesor liquids, being immune to EMI, stable in performance and capable of transmitting data several kilometers away by way ofoptical fibers, and thus represents the trends in the development of IC-engine purposed pressure sensors.
