随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高 ,全面建设小康社会的一个极其重要的目标 ,就是国内生产总值到 2 0 2 0年力争比 2 0 0 0年翻两番。走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化道路 ,必须把可持续发展放在重要的地位 。

With the fast development of economy and ever-increasing improvement of people's life level in our country,the most important thing is going to establish a new industrialization with high tech,good economy,low energy consuming,less pollution of environment and labor resource used completely,so as to keep sustainable development of economy and to realize complete wealth of the whole society in the middle of 21 century.
