真空冷冻干燥技术是农产品脱水干燥的高新技术,变频控制技术随着人们认识的深入,日渐广泛应用于生产生活之中。面对我国农产品深加工普遍存在产品品质不高,劳动生产率偏低的局面,研究高效、节能、提高品质的技术与装置,具有重大现实意义,本文就是将变频技术运用于冷冻干燥系统的一种研究。

Vacuum freeze-dry technology is a new and high technology on agriculture products dehydrat ing dry.With the development of science,inverters are widely used in a lot of machineries.This paper introduces the inverter drive and its application in the vacuum freeze-drying system.It has important practical significant that a new technology is studied and applyed on processing agriculture products in order to increase t he productivity.
