文章认为 ,地勘单位新一轮结构调整必须以市场为导向 ,以事企分离为前提 ,以推进企业化为目的。坚持发展为第一要务 ,以科技进步为支撑 ,培育新的经济增长点。以重组传统产业 ,提升产业素质 ,培育企业核心竞争力为着力点。以建立现代企业制度为目标。实施分离式调整、增长式调整、升级式调整、系统性调整 ,并分别就这四个方面的调整提出了具体的实施策略。

The paper considers that new-round structural adjustment of geological prospecting units should take market as guide, take separation from institution to enterprise as premise, take promoting business management as purpose, insist on development as first demand, scientific technical advancement as support, develop new economic growth, take restructuring traditional industry, improving industrial quality and developing industrial competitive ability as key point, and take modern enterprise system as objective. It also puts forward concrete measures on adjustment.
