摘要
研究了多支承耦合隔振系统的模态特性。以振动功率流控制的观点建立耦合系统的动力学模型,着重探讨安装频率与基础柔性的相互耦合作用,确定耦合系统的模态特性及其对功率流谱的影响。考察了由振源输入系统及通过隔振器传递到基础的功率流,分析了多支承隔振系统通过各弹性支承的功率流分量。理论计算结果表明:机器和支承结构的耦合效应对系统功率流的影响显著;设计隔振系统参数时,应使安装频率低于基础基频,抑制系统耦合效应,提高隔振效率。
The modal characteristics of the coupled system with multiple elastic mounts were investigated. A generalized dynamic model for a machine installed on nonrigid foundation by multiple elastic mounts was proposed based on the power flow control perspectives. The aim of this paper was to have an insight into the interaction between mounting frequency and the flexibility of the foundation, and its effect on total power flow was analyzed by identifying the modes of the coupled system. Numerical calculations were presented to examine the power flow through all the mounts and the power flow through each elastic mount. It is shown that there exists notable effect of the coupled modes on the power transmission, and the isolation effectiveness can be increased by reasonable choice of design point for mounting frequency.
