摘要
本文阐明了黄土高原区两次区域性生态环境的巨变,提出了在该区域发展生态经济和肉牛产业化应实施草畜同步发展,调整农牧业结构策略和相关产业化经营政策。
Twice great ecological changing in Yellow Soil Plateau area were thoroughly illustrated, it was pointed out that the keys to develop ecological economy in this area were developing grass and domestic animal synchronically and adjusting agricultural industrialization structure, and several industrial policies should be modulated were also introduced
