轻小型种子包衣机的研制及最佳滚筒转速的研究

The Development of a Small and Light Seed-coating Ma-chine

为了防止病虫对播下的种子危害,同时增加种子抗病虫害的能力和增加适合作物生长的微量元素,当前大量采用种子包衣技术。种子包衣需要由种子包衣机完成。根据南方丘陵地区多的特点,作者成功研制了轻小型种子包衣机械,以适应不同地区、不同品种的种子包衣需要。本文着重对轻小型种子包衣机的有关参数进行了研究,经过试验证明其理论与实践结果相一致,保证了种子的包衣质量。

Seed-coating technique has been widely used to prevent the damage caused by diseases and pests and supples nutrient microelements needed for crop growth. Seed-coating equipment is necessary in applying the technique. We have developed a small and light seed-coating machine which serves well various in the hilly regions in Southerm China. This paper describes the studies on some parameters of the machine so as to realize an optimum result of seed-coating.
