摘要
论述了我国UTC(NTSC)自动监控软件的必要性 ,给出了自动监控软件算法的一种设计方案以及利用计算机模拟的结果 ,并对模拟的结果进行了分析。
In this paper, a design for automation of UTC(NTSC) is discussed., and an algorithm of the software is put forward. Afterward, a simulation means about the design is described. The result of the simulation is analyzed at the end of the paper.
