介绍了新一代分布式交互仿真标准HLA的组成框架,着重分析了其运行支撑软件RTI所提供的功能，并结合代码讨论了利用RTI建立联邦成员的流程。
This paper introduces the new generation technology standard for distributed interactive simulation——high level architecture(HLA), mainly analyses the functions that run-time infrastructure (RTI) supported and discusses the process of constituting federate using RTI.
